Barcelona

Ben and I decided we needed to go on a trip before I get too pregnant and can't go anywhere.  Also, it's been a while.  Our original plan was to go to Athens, but sadly the flights were full so we changed our plans to go to Barcelona.  It was really pretty and we had a really great time!  I'm posting some of our better pictures. 

This is in a big open city square.  I don't remember names of people or places, so I'm afraid this is as specific as I can be.

So Barcelona has an Arc just like Paris does.  Who knew?  Now we do.  P.S. I had just woken up from sleeping on a plane and hadn't had a chance to put on make up or do my hair.  Be kind.

Huge fountain in a park we went to.  Once again, the names thing.  Also be kind here too, yes that's a tiny baby bump and I'm already gaining weight.

In the restaurant (kind if) where we took a break and had pizza, about the only thing that sounded good to me at the time.  It's hard to find food that sounds good to a partially morning sick person in a country you've never been to before!

I know you've all seen pictures of this, so I don't even need to remember the name, right?

6 Weeks

I guess I should start posting my pregnancy progress since I'm ALREADY SHOWING!!  Good grief, good thing the cat's out of the bag already, I'm not hiding anything this time!

The "baby having room"

So I suspect in the excitement of hearing that we are having a new baby, the kids have invented a new game.  Nicholas and Daniel unzip Madelynn's footie pajamas, stuff a baby doll inside, and zip them back up.  Then they just play house like normal.  Then all of a sudden one of the boys yell, "Madelynn's having a baby!!  Quick, to the baby having room!"  Then they all run to a different room and get the baby out and then they have a new baby to play house with.  Maybe it would be a good idea for them to not know how a baby really gets here for a while.

Number five!

Well, it looks like we are expecting again!!  We predict Kent baby number five will be here some time in the first half of December!!

Aloha!!

We decided to take the kids to Hawaii for Spring Break, just for fun.  We only went for two days and one night, but it was so much fun!  It was fun to play in the warm sun on the beach and just spend some time together as a family.  I love our little whirl wind family trips, even if the airport part of it can be stressful.

We wanted to take the kids to see the temple for a few minutes in the morning while it warmed up.  The kids were not thrilled at all.  I wanted a nice picture of the kids in front of the temple and Nicholas put up a protest against being in any pictures.  He didn't know he was in this picture, or he wouldn't be in it, but I got him!  This was as good as it was going to get, good enough, I guess.
